Adult services

We are NDIS registered providers and our services are currently focused upon assessments and interventions for participants of the NDIS. These include:-

• Functional capacity assessments.
• Home evaluation for safety and falls prevention.
• Community and home based functional living skills.
• Equipment prescription.
• Home modification.
• Education for optimising abilities and capacities.

We are currently unable to provide on-going capacity building interventions.
